Dávod Thermal Spa
The thermal spa is the greatest treasure of the complex. Our thermal wells provide water of 38–39 °C, while the temperature in the medicinal pools is 35–38 °C – exactly the range the human body finds most pleasant.
Why Is the Dávod Healing Water Special?
The history of the Dávod thermal water goes back more than a hundred years. The first drillings began around 1914, originally to supply drinking water. The explorations, however, revealed a significant amount of warm thermal water, which later became one of the village's most important natural treasures. Over the decades the spa developed continuously and underwent a major modernisation, resulting in today's medicinal and adventure spa complex.
At the first touch of the Dávod thermal water you immediately feel its natural warm embrace. The 35–38 °C water pleasantly relaxes the muscles, while the quiet, park-like surroundings keep the noise of everyday life away. Time spent in the healing water is not only physical recharging, but genuine mental relaxation as well.
